E220 cdi hesitation at low rpm please help

Hi, I’ve noticed a slight (problem?) with my w211 220cdi (auto). Occasionally at very low speed and with the throttle slightly depressed, the car jerks. This isn’t a violent jerk, just a gentle hesitation similar to lifting on and and off the throttle. Otherwise the car drives perfect… Any ideas please?

I would be suspicious that it is gearbox related.
Do you know the service history of the gearbox?

Thanks for reply no i dont know i just bought the car it happens only around 1500 rpm if i press the throttle more everything is fine..

A diagnostic check for fault codes is probably the cheapest start point ?
