BLOWER IS HOT ONE SIDE AND COLD THE OTHER, WHEN I TURN THE DIAL TO WINSCREEN THE AIR IS HOT ON THE PASSENGER SIDE AND COLD ON THE DRIVERS - A GUESS THERE IS A VALUE SOMEWHERE - ANY IDEAS GREATFULLY RCVD.

Please dont think i am being sarcastic here, but most Mercs (i think) have separate temp controls for both sides of the car, have you tried adjusting them both?

many thks yours, and yes I am aware of the two controls. However its would appear to be more in depth than this!
