the cost of a new radiator will depend on where you buy it from and whether or not your car is auto or manual - anything from about £75 plus VAT for a manual to about £120 for an auto plus any fitting costs
Leaking W124 rads are pretty common - I'd say most W124s over 10 years old have had a replacement
Take the rad out and have it pressure tested if you're in any doubt. If you've got a combined autobox cooler/radiator then take care loosening the unions for the autobox hoses. They can snap right off. I'd take it to an expert who knows exactly how much BFI to use
You can get s/hand rads from Mercman or another breaker, have yours repaired or buy new. The best choice probably depends on what suppliers you have access to
