E220CDI rear brakes binding

Noticed humming noise coming from rear of car 15mph onwards. Jacked car up and right hand rear wheel is binding a little. Changed pads and still the same. Any ideas.

It will be the parking brake shoes just touching, it may be that you should slip the disc/drum off and check all of the fulcrum points
