Hi all,

I previously had an E220 (w212) 7g+ box and drove that in eco almost all the time. With the W213 / 9g box (which I love) I find it changes very early on in the default comfort mode. For example, I noted today whilst pootling out of my drive and down the road, the car was in 3rd gear at 19pmh. I have (I think) managed to do a reset by putting the ignition on and flooring the acc pedal for 10-20 seconds but didn’t notice any change so maybe I did it wrong.

I find myself driving in sport mode much of the time as it feels more similar to how the previous E220 drove in comfort mode.

I think early changes are a characteristic of the 9g box, but with this being the case, what mode do fellow members drive in day to day?

I suspect not many people use sport plus as that is frightfully fast!

Just curious really
Thanks

Earlier gear changes as 9g has more gears so more lower ratios to change up from .

I used “I” with gearbox set to “eco” and steering in “sport”

Most of my driving is around town so ECO mode is fine. SPORT makes me look/drive like a lairy teenager (which is fun sometimes).
