E230 Auto 1996 Horn Not working

Anyone come across this.
The horn has stopped working.
Checked fuse under seat is ok
Checked for power to the horn leads and none is there
I hear a relay type clicking noise from the under the bonnet when I press the horn
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
