A few queries.
Gearbox.
The car is a manual 5 speed. Through the gears there are no remarkable noises until 5th, when the noise from the transmission increases significantly, suggesting something is wrong. The noise is continuous and is like a low background roar. The rest of the gears sound normal, smooth quiet etc. Any ideas?
Towbar
I'd like to remove the fitted towbar. Is this a job i should get done at a towbar outfit / dealer?
Tyres
Is anyone sourcing tyres eg Goodyear NCT5 for under £100 each?[/quote]
