E240 Crank position sensor! where on the engine is it

I want to fit a new crank sensor on my 1999 E240 but can't find it on the engine to replace it, can anybody please tell me where it is and if there is any special way that i need to fit it?

On bellhousing above starter motor.

From memory, held in by a torx bolt.
