E240 cylinder head

Hi everyone,could you please give me an opinion on this attached.
(95555 miles, e240 w210 v6 1998, white smoke come out from exhaust, no problem with coolant level, also no bubbles in coolant spare tank and oil lubricant deep stick)

My question is:
-Can anyone give me quote from independent MB workshop and specialist to solve it?
-I might be confuse why only one side of cylinder head got problem like this(on right side),another one side no leaking at all(on left side)?
-What's the worth scenario will happened if I don't change the head gasket?

had this problem on my own vehicle , was not looking foreward to taking heads off , was told by mate in trade oil cooler rad ,tried that took a while to clear up but it done the job ,it cost me trade about 50 quid from euro car parts.

This may be a breather problem. OS head has an oil way back to the block that can get blocked causing smoking & light brown gunky oil. Seems to be mainly early 240s that suffer. I think the 2.6 240 is modified.
