I am the historical registrar & spares secretary for the Clan Owners Club (please see www.clanownersclub.com) which is a club for the various models of the Clan sports cars.
In 1973 a Blue Clan Crusader was registered with the number XOO 888 then in April 1976 the car was sold by the original owner and returned to the original plate which was OJC 753M.
I have recently found out that the number XOO 888 is now on a year 2000 Mercedes Benz E240.
Can anyone help me contact the owner of XOO 888 or I would be very grateful to you if you could please pass on this message.
My reason for wishing to contact the owner is in order to complete the ownership history of the Clan which I have managed to trace as far back as 3/9/76. The new owner lives in France and the DVLA are unable to assist.
