I am working from memory as I sold mine last year, but I used Havoline fully synthetic 5 - 40w oil, changed every 10,000miles along with filter, takes approx. 7 ltrs. never had any probs. Had no need to change any other fluids but others on here will help with more exact details. I always changed my airfilter at same intervals, for what they cost it is worth it. If you are going to drain sump, always the preferred method in my mind, give your front subframe a good check for corrosion while you have the bottom cover off..

Was an E300TD, now a Lexus LS400
Oil, I use Mobil 1 and change it every 10,000 - 15,000 miles.

Coolant and brake fluid every 2 years, use MB branded.

Fuel filter every 2 years.

ATF and filter every 30,000 miles, use MB branded.

No interval I know of on the power steering.

Keep an eye out for rust, particularly underneath, and around the front spring cups.

Keep an eye out for fuel leaks around the fuel filter and pipework.
