E300d w124 heater issue

The heater in my w124 E300d refuses to blow on the windscreen, when you select the option it sounds as if it's blocked because the motor really struggles, like when you block the hoover...

Also it squeaks like a dodgy shopping trolley, is there anywhere I can spray some wd40, or is it knackered?

Any advice greatfully accepted.

The heater controls are all vacuam air controled, the chances are is that you have a faulty actuator or just an air pipe come of, or needs replacement. the thread below gives you a sample from a 124.
