E320 Avantgarde problems problems

I have a E320 avantgarde got some niggley problems.

electric drivers memory seat, when headrest button is pressed, the headrest does not move up and down, all other functions work

digital climate display, backlight illumation has stopped working ie cannot see display at night

has any one got any solutions for thses small problems
