E320 CDI W211 Rear Aircon Blows Hot

My 2004 E320 has the four zone A/C with separate controls in the back. Sometimes the aircon works fine in the back but sometimes it blows out hot air, no matter how low the temp setting is. Front vents are fine. Does anybody know how this can be sorted now that the hot weather is starting!

This sounds like one of the change over flaps is sticking
