just joined and wonder if you can help

No heat from the heater - was working fine yesterday now it is just giving cold of very cold - any ideas??

dont know - its an E320cdi 2003 reg

OK that will be a 211, and the duo valve/ pump will have packed up, it is an awkward job to do and I would let an indie fix it. There are no papers on this either that I could send on the changing of it.
