Can I fit a preheater or night heater to my car I have the Booster switch in the ashtray not sure if it works! the car has just had a service at MB but takes a few miles to warm up, I would like a warm car to get into like they do in other parts of Europe even have a remote Telestart if can I get one.

You could try a Kenlowe hot start system they plumb into the radiator hoses. Plenty of remote starts from North American sites (try Canadian Tire in Google) although you cannot use it if your car is on the road.
