Morning, i have a strange problem, if anyone could advise, I will try and give as much detail as possible.
first start in the morning no problem everthing normal,and can drive for hours, if i drive till the engine temp starts to rise then stop the engine(i.e at the shop/garage) then restart, the car starts but will shut off after a couple of seconds, unless you keep revs at about 1000 for 20 seconds then the car runs ok again.
also if you rev the car in park to about 2.5k and back to idle it will cut out, and when in first at low revs , moving along in traffic it can judder slightly and a little smoke aswell,
Struggling to find someone near me with knowledge of mb, brother in law has a good scanner but not sure what make.
Injectors seem dry and no visible leaks,
anyone come across this before ?
