Hi All,

I’ve got a 2009 E350CDI W207 Coupe. I’m having issues with the air con.

It went into the garage last week to have the air con filled, but still not blowing cold air. They tested it for leaks which was fine, but it’s showing a code A10D21 - The power supply is too low. The signal amplitude is less then the minimum amplitude.

Anyone had the same problem?

Thanks
James

I don't know if this will work or is any good, but as no one has answered you could try this, which I found on a web page for that code.

Step 1: Putting the Key for Your Mercedes Into the Ignition

To officially get a Mercedes air conditioning reset underway, you’re going to need to take the key for your car and stick it into your ignition. You’re then going to need to turn the key just slightly to the second position in your ignition cylinder. You do not want to start the car since that’ll prevent you from being able to perform a Mercedes air conditioning reset.

Once you have the key for your Mercedes in the second position in your ignition cylinder, you can then remove your hand from it so that you don’t accidentally turn it any further. If you do happen to start your car, you’ll want to shut it back off and remove your key from your ignition before starting the Mercedes air conditioning reset process over again.

Step 2: Holding the Buttons for Recirculating Air and Defrosting Simultaneously

After you have your key in the second position in your ignition cylinder, you can then move on to focusing on the buttons that are used for recirculating air and defrosting in your car. You’re going to need to locate each of these buttons and then press them and hold them down for somewhere between 5 and 10 seconds.

You should continue to hold these buttons down until their individual LED lights start flashing for you. This will let you know that you’ve held the buttons down for a long enough period of time. Once you’ve done this, you can let the buttons go. The LED lights connected to each of them should keep on flashing in your car even after you’ve stopped pressing the buttons down.

Step 3: Waiting for a Minute to Start Your Mercedes’ Engine Up

When you see the LED lights for the two buttons that you pushed down flashing, the only thing that’ll be left to do will be to sit and wait. The LED lights should continue to flash for about a minute or so before they stop flashing. You should then turn your car off completely.

Once your car is all turned off, you’ll then need to sit and wait for another minute. This will give your Mercedes the time that it needs to complete your air conditioning reset. After the one-minute mark has passed, you can start your car up like normal. Your Mercedes air conditioning reset should be complete, and your AC system should be working in the way that it’s supposed to again!
