E55 Air Con Problem

My E55 04 has a problem with air con - front works perfectly but hot air is being thrown into the back. Even with both on low settings. This means the centre arm rest is heating too and my phone is baking. Has anyone had this problem? - its on its 5th time into the dealer and they are stumped! Many Thanks

This used to be a problem with early 4 zone aircon from memory. The rear zones would go hot for no reason. I thought they'd solved it with a software patch so can't see why your dealer would be having problems fixing it.

Thanks - I'll point my dozy dealer in that direction - anything is worth a try in this heat!!
