Earth Fault 1991 300 SL24

each time i use the indicator stalk all instrument warning lights flash on /off..am told it is an earth fault probably with the indicator relay. As i have no wiring diagram can a helpful member tell me where the relay is located and how to get to it.we live in S/W France and Mercedes dealer is hours away so would like to fix it myself if poss.

Assuming it's like a W124 it's the N10 relay in the compartment behind the fuse box

Bear in mind that the multifunction switches fail also. It might be either
