ECU Blower stopped W124 E280 ´96

This morning on my way to work, glase of ice on front screenn , I turned the blower to full blast. A while later it shut off !! I replaced heater/blower motor year ago for used but wery good conditioned one. Can anybody give me a clue ? In fuse box is a note that heater/blower fuses for ECU cars are autside fuse box ! Anybody know its location ? Please help, its starting to cool down up here and we are on the brink of bankruptcy :(:( Tks Einar

My blower packs up every now again and it is normally the fuse which is inside the main fuse box on the rhs but my car has the std a/c system.
