ecu failed on w211 after car crash

hi.
I just bout w211 from a guy who crashed it and as far as I can see it it has some ecu problems.
1. first of all some cables that end up in the back ware cut off (it goes from the front of the car to the fuse box in the end (I managed to fix that one))
2. after the crash the car doesn't lock itself if I click the lock button on the remove. just stays idle
3. the car does not start. I checked why and it seems that there is no sensor gas coming from the tank to the filter (I know that it need about 1.7-1.9 bars in order to work (as the fuel pump is in the tank))

does anybody have any vague idea how to fix no 2 or 3?

do I need to reset the ECU in some way(star diag)?

Thanks

In you rear fuse box you have the fuel pump relays and locking parts, all these go into the rear SAM.

It will never run without these parts

the rear fuse box is ok (undamaged)... I checked it... just the biggest red cable has been cut (but that is fixed now)...
should I check any fuse in the front fuse box?

In the right rear wheel housing,

In the rear box you have.

Interior X4/1
X30 distributor
Hands free system
N82 battery control
N121 control module
heated windows module
N10/2 rear SAM
M40/ pneumatic pump control
A/O color code key

The SAM part must be talking to the other SAM's or nothing can work as the car will not know what it has got

thanks. I'll get somebody with a star diag to give it a read and I will let you know the results (maybe it will be useful to somebody)
thanks again.

In a crash the fuel cut off switch operates.

You need to understand how to deal with that. I do not know.

Do I have to change the fuel pump (or something else) for that or will it work with star diag alone?

Once you get the fault code read out John, all will be revealed, do you have an indie near you with one

I just bought one of them (the rear one) the other one will have to recharge after the rear one is installed (at least I hope it will) and the engine is started

Hello!
I just erased the whole damn thing and it still won't start. I erased everything (still no bars to tell me what's the level of fuel in the fuel tank) and than I tried to start it... it tries to start it but still no gas :(
After that I tried to view the errors and it displayed that it cannot communicate with the rear SAM and with the roof computer (or whatever it's called (can't recall the name right now))
I also clicked on ESP and it tells me that ESP is unavailable and that I need to check with my user's manual.
Any ideeas?

I am just cleaning the rear sam unit since the car was not started for a long time and it may be that I have a short-circuit somewhere.
