EGR vacuum line routing

I have a 95 C280, which has 2 vacuum lines, one running from the EGR valve and the other running from a bypass valve on the passenger side of the engine to the front. The hoses rotted and fell off. The front of the engine has 2 solinoids one outlet is facing towards the passenger side and the other toward the drivers side. I need to know which is supposed to go to the EGR valve.
