Electric Windows & sunroof only operate when doors are open!

Can anybody suggest how I fix the problem that my sunroof and windows only operate when the drivers door is open?

It's a C180 saloon, M Reg (1994), depressing the door switch is cuts the power too.

The car is running on the convenience relay,,do check the fuse for the comfort relay box

Thanks Malcolm, sorry to sound a bit of a doughnut - but can you point me in the right direction my handbook mentions the fuse for the Convenience feature control unit but doesn't seem to mention the comfort relay box.

There many versions of this system,the comfort control box is 5 in the link. the fuses in the front control fuse box may have blown, and they need checking out.

you have a rear fuse box
