Engine, ABS, LIM amber light on ignition

Hi,
I bought this used Benz, 2004 make - c class saloon- 1.8 petrol engine car a month ago and am a first time driver.
I see the Engine , ABS, Lim light up as amber on ignition but turn off when th re engine is on.

What do I need to do?

The warning lights should come on with the ignition (so you know they're working) they should then go off when the engine starts (and not come back on)

If they do come back on you need to get the car looked at by a competent Mercedes independent garage

Yes they turn off when the engine is on.

If the lights turn off after a few seconds and stay off then all is good. It will be in the owners manual.

If they stay on then then you need the codes read by a competent garage. Only then will you know the fault and if the car is safe to drive.

You’ll find that happens on all cars. It’s a way of testing the display but everything’s fine if they go out when the engine is started.
