Engine Circuit 87 Relay

My battery kept dying so I looked for a parasitic drain. While testing each fuse I heard relay "N" click and saw the ampage go up on the multimeter. Then after a few seconds relay clicks again and ampage goes down. Then 5 to 10 minutes same thing again. I've tried to search what components go to that relay but no luck. If anyone has ran into this or a similar issue any info would be highly appreciated. Thank in Advance.
