Hi, so I have had 2 episodes of about 12 months apart.
I leave the car and after a while the cooling fan goes to max. I start or turn the egnition on in the car and the fan stops.
I run it for a while to get it Nice and warm and IT seems to fix the problem for now.
Each time this have happened It has been really wet wheater like just before the rain turns to snow, and It has happened only in Winter time.
During the summer when raining or when washing the car its fine.
My thoughts are a short circuit somwhere that fixes itself when the car gets hot enough to dry it out.
So, does anyone know what points to check for? Since its periodicly I don't want to take it to a workshop and have them search for it endlessly.
