Engine ECU

Does anyone know where the Engine ECU is located on a 2001 W203 C180. The Haynes manual states in the fuse box drivers side (uk) by the brake servo but all i can find is the following unit A1111532579 Siemens. I am trying to check the ECU for the camshaft sensor oil problem. Thanks in advance.

That is the one, nearest the wing, next to the sam (fuse box)!

Many thanks, no sign of oil even though the O2 sensor plug under the g/box was full of oil.
