engine enquiry

I have a 1986 230ge (g-wagon) which I need a replacement engine for it could anyone tell me what donor cars I could use or where I can get a used or recoditioned engine for a reasonable price.

Hi Jimmy

Any 230e vehicles of similar age or later should be used. G wagan are fitted with low compression engines. The piston crowns are different. So you may find with a car engine in it. It may perform a little better.
