Is any flush actually any good for our engines?

I have some Fortron Engine flush, which you supposed to put in for ten minutes before changing the oil.

It claims to Help:- Remove sludge, dirt and other contaminants. Clean and free piston rings, valves and hydraulic lifters.

Hard question these days as modern synthetic do not really sludge,, OK one never knows what was used in the car before you bought it, sludge restricts the oil flow in the smaller pipes to valve gear, if the engine is in good condition it cant do any harm.
