Engine Gearbox vibration and a kick

Hi Guys,

Need some help. I own a Mercedes B 180 2013 automatic gearbox. For quite some time I have noticed that there is Vibration coming from the engine bay when driving uphill and or when the engine is under a load. Also sometimes when approaching a roundabout and slow down, and then you accelerate to get going I get a small kick.

All the problems seem to go away for a short period of time when I reset the gearbox in learning mode.

Currently done 76,000 miles. The last services have been done by Mercedes themselves, however, I have no trust in them as it turns out when checked no air filter, pollen filter and fuel filter have been changed. Had to take it back to Mercedes and made a complaint, only then they changed them.

According to their service plan filter and oil have been changed.

That is what I am thinking too, been to an independent garage and they said it is all good, might have to have a look myself...
