Engine Light U0106

Just recently bought an a class drove it over 100 miles on the motorway home with no problems, the next day whilst driving the engine light has come on prompting the code U0106 Lost connection to glow plug module. Looking through the service history the module has been replaced on the last service just looking for some suggestions on what it could be? Car has only done 45,000 Miles and is a 14 plate CDI 220 D.

If you have the reciept and its original mb get a new under warranty

I purchased the vehicle out of a Vauxhall dealership I’m waiting to here back. Didn’t take out any warranty but for this to pop up after only 2 days is not ideal.
