Another quick question. On my 03 SL55 what should the avergae engine temp be? Mine runs between 85-95... is this not too high?

Basically perfect, provided it stays within that range in all conditions. That is where they run most efficiently. Means you have a thermostat operating properly and a fan that keeps it under 100°. Couldn't be better.

Yes as oigle my 230 runs at 100c and that perfect they say that 104c is the best
