I'd order through the main dealer.
Give MB Newcastle or MB Edinburgh a call with your Vin# and requirements and you'll get a good price from them, usually next day delivery too.
If you want the Part# to find it on eBay, post the first 6 numbers of your Vin# (eg WDD212202) and I can try and look it up for you.
Edit. Sorry, none of the Parts catalogues I have list the engine undertray Part numbers..

I will contact MB Newcastle tomorrow. Purchased from them in the past and they are excellent. My E class estate is a beauty but let down by the 2.2 diesel engine, though adequate, is a tad noisy. Hoping an undertray will deaden it a bit.
