Engineering Mode

Hi, my car has completed 91,000 miles according to the digital dashboard display. However I was just looking around and found how to get into the engineering mode, it appears to me that it shows there some faults with the car, and it also appears to show the current mileage when these issues took place. These don’t match up, I.e the issue shows with a much higher mileage, can anyone confirm this is correct. Appreciated A
