Entertainment system on the blink

I have a 2018 g wagon (all stock—no after market). When there is rain OR super hot weather, my entertainment system goes on the blink (turns on and works for 20 seconds then turns off and tries to reboot). When I did a computer diagnosis, trouble code U104088 (CAN bus has a malfunction) and when I do a competent test, WB417 (tuner unit is defective) comes back. Any thoughts on what is going wrong here?
