Eqa 250+ 2023
A shout out to anyone with eqa250+2023 onwards. My first eqa when approving roundabout t junction would slow down and recuperate energy as I approached. I now have the new eqa250+ and when I approach a roundabout at 30 mph the car does nothing and carries on. It does slow for bends on road and sometimes on speed limits. It is so different to the first original eqa. What are your observations please

My guess would be that because the brake discs were not used very often with full regenerative braking they became rusty and impaired braking ability through lack of use this is a well known fact in the trade

Not sure with eqa. My Kia has paddles behind steering wheel that allow adjustment from zero to retardation to full iPedal setting. Perhaps you have a different method. RTFM??

I have a 72 plate EQA 250+ (bought used in Sept 24). I often put the car in Regen Auto mode by holding the right paddle for about 4 seconds. The display switches to D Auto. Car performs well, slowing before bends and roundabouts almost to the point that its in one pedal mode. Works really well. No issues.
