EQC RFL letter

As I’ve now had the EQC for a year i got a letter from DVLA for Zero £ RFL. I thought this strange as it’s zero £s so ignored it. This week i had a final warning letter from them so bit the bullet and filled it in online. I never knew this had to be done and no one told me so just to let others on here know don’t ignore your letter. As I side note wonder if they would have fined me. Got caught out years ago with my bike when you had to sorn every year and I got fined the years tax plus that years license fee.

Yes, you could be stopped and fined (and points) for no VED… I get the same letters for my smart cdi

You still need to advise it's being used and on the road, the VED being £0 is irrelevant
