Esp fault and fault with electrics on Mercedes Vito help

Hi guys I have a fault with my mercedes vito 2016 model, the esp fault light appears in the dash and doesn't go out, the heater control panel fuse keeps popping soon has the van has started up. Which leads to the the heater going off and rad fan stopping on constantly even when its cold, I've taken the van Into an auto electronics garage and had a diagnostic test which picked up following problems below on the test sheets, and they told me it's going to be a nightmare to find the problem, however said it could be a steering angle position sensor or module causing the faults, has anyone else had the same problem I'm having? Where is the angle steering sensor located? Thanks
