ESS Website Not Working

I have just had numerous attempts on the Google link to the MB ESS site to generate a service sheet for my R171 SLK280 B service without success, just "There has been an error, please contact us so we can investigate" - which I have done. Anyone else having ESS problems or know a fix?

It's working for me and generated a service sheet for my S204

I just need the mileage, Reg date and which service you had last along with model.

@Blobcat, Russ, do you have a print-out from ESS for the B service including time dependant things on an SLK280? Mine's early facelift 2008, not sure what yours is.

On another matter Mr Moderator, I've seen your comment that the server needs an upgrade due to the amount of content (or the content needs a serious pruning!!). Can I hope that his will happen VERY soon, as I'm getting really fed up with the time between clicking on a link - whether log-in or a thread - and something actually happening. Does not happen on forums.mbclub.co.uk!!

Afternoon Chris, I don't have a print out unfortunately - I just let my indie(s) service it as required - mines March 2009 and on ~134,000 miles...

On the other note - I'm suffering the same delays - reported and tech have advised it looks "ok" now - I'm monitoring and advising Admin as it's not something Mods have any control over
