Bizarre that you can install as many garden/patio lights as you want at home but a single led on a RR is banned!

I think if you could be bothered the regulations might reveal some reasoning.

Many EU regs are reasonable and that's from a person that wanted out and even more now.

Will it cause distress to others? No (unless they're really so sad as to be bothered by light up bling and it's not just faux outrage for the sake of it).

I wish there were regs regarding lighting on driveways. A neighbour has made his drive into a replica of an airport runway so you get dazzled as you drive passed

Legislation dealing with security lights beaming into your living room or keeping you awake at night I would fully understand but there cannot be any sensible reason for stopping a low level glow light on a moving car when lorries can be illuminated like an Xmas tree.

I'd like to seed the budget for policing this - surely a crack team of "bonnet squad" officers can't be far away.

I think the should ban Xenon Headlights, LED Brakelights, Blue Flashing Lights, Flashing Lights on Bicycles and any other lights that emit Light....

The sooner we cut all ties with that Fascist Regime the better! I would personally p1ss on all their graves!

Thats a blow even my old estate has xenons and led's I shall have to brake less and stay in more.
