i've mostly found Europarts to be pretty good for parts, only one issue to report, i bought some drop links for the van, fitted them, went about 2 miles down the road, and one snapped in half, Europarts gave me a refund, no quibbling, it was just one of those things, nothing else has let me down,
It’s a bit of a grey area, the term 'OE' having been in automotive R and D for many years almost all manufactures would not use parts from a supplier who competes with them in the market place, either current or old model, partly because of loss of revenue and mainly because the manufacture pays for the tooling, and mostly they own the IP rights for the part for a min of 10 years.
Nothing against Euro parts they offer a good choice in the part costs, and are in general good quality, but always check the dealer price first sometimes they are cheaper than the factors
