It was a bad do when he got pushed off this site,,all he did was to ask "can we discuss why Malcolm was banned" and he got banned.

I have asked to have him back but no reply in 2 weeks, he is a nice good guy on MB topics

Just contacted him myself, good advertising Malcolm, useful to know such companies. No luck on Front SAM on Ebay, so hopefully he might have one.

I would also like to ask if anybody has a telephone number for Euromerc. I placed 2 orders with them over 1 month ago and am still waiting for delivery. All items showed in stock at the time. The worse part by far is that they do not reply to any emails. This looks very bad indeed. Any replies much appreciated.

I share the disappointment experienced by others who have purchased parts from Euromerc. Maybe its time to take action and get trading standards involved ?

Hmm, I had a disappointment with my first order from Euromerc.

However, credit where credit is due, I ordered something else this past week and it arrived very quickly.

He has a lot of problems, and they are due to the fact that many people do not read his web site and often do not give the correct info, he is basically a one man band and the time to answer all of the inquiries is near impossible, if you know what you want and give the correct details the right parts will be delivered

As Malc, he told me he gets 100's of e-mails, of people wanting parts, they don,t know the correct description of it, pt. no. a lot of them are not even sure what car they have! believe it or not. The stock Nic has is unbelievable, has to be seen to be believed!!, If you enquire about any parts that are not actually on the website, he,ll do his best to find it. All the Items on the site he knows where they are so response time is very good.

He is a very nice guy, and more honest a man you will never find, I know him very well

I pm him regarding some anti roll bar links and bushes for mine w203. he reply the same day with links to items (1/2 mercedes prices) and order was recieved 2 days after, excellant

i wouldnt buy anything from dronsfield as they qoute me £2100 +vat for a used diesel engine and £800+vat for gear box! i can get a whole car for that price

i ordered a front foglamp lens. it arrived in 2 or 3 days. i cant grumble with that!
