Has anyone every bought anything from the Euromercwebstore

I have sent them three emails and one fax over the past few weeks and never had a reply or acknowledgment.

I live not far away from the address

I cannot contact them by telephone as the phone number of the web site is a fax

I went to the Merc Dealer plus EBay in the end

Never bought anything from them, but I've read more than enough posts similiar to yours which would put me off buying from them.

Just bought a Hirschmann electric aerial for my Kompressor, from Nic, no problems at all.

So today the 29th (Ordered on the 3rd of april) I spoke to him on the phone, he saw the mail because he said the order was canceled, so I asked him do you have the parts in stock his answer was yes he does, next question was why leave it so long his answer because I can't find them?

He has lost £176 pounds, plus I won't buy from him ever again plus all the crap he gets on here doesn't do his rep any good.

The man must be a multi millionaire cause his customer service stinks.

Not any more.... I learn't the hard way and just telling it the way it was for ME, note for ME. It doesn't mean that others didn't get better service.

I also have a Toyota Supra MK3 that I bought new. it is now 26 years old but the longest I have ever waited for a part was 9 days and that had to come from Japan !

It wouldn't have been so bad if the bloke actually replied to the E Mails, All he has to do is say sorry work on my own, and I can't lay my hand on the part just yet.

It is also called common politeness to reply to communications, well it was when I went to school, perhaps common politeness isn't taught in school anymore.

Ianstaley, fair enough you had a bad experience, but dont keep harping on about in several threads, mention it once and be done point has been made.

I have only bought from Euromerc once, and the item arrived within two days as described, so no complaints from my experience.

Likewise - I have emailed them on several occasions and never had a reply. Very frustrating and simply bad customer service.

We draw our own conclusions..
