Exclamation warning light...

Hi, I have a 98 Vito petrol van, with no owners manual, and a warning light has begun to flicker on and off. It is an exclamation point inside a circle.
What does it refer to?
Brake fluid is full... could it be worn pads?

Also, can anyone point to an online manual?

If it's an amber light that is your brake pad wear indicator if it's red it is either the hand brake or brke fluid hope this helps
