Exhaust noise help

My Mercedes c200 2015 exhaust has just recently started to make a burbling noise. I’ve attached the video link here. Hopefully somebody might be able to shed some light on as to why it might be doing this.

its usually when something has come adrift internally OR there is a hole in the system at some point , start the car and place you hand over the tail pipe and see if you can hear air escaping at all ?
