Exterior trim removal

Hi guys, any ideas on how i would remove the plastic trim on the bottom of the doors exterior, dont want to prise them too much... cheers

They are held in place with a few self tapping screws at the ends and plastic moulded clips (in key hole slots on the door skin) along their length, If the door trim card is removed you can see where the clips are.
Be careful if you are pulling and pushing on the clips they will crack or break off.
