facelift 93 E-class - what changed inside?

My car is a late 1993 E280 estate. So its a facelift W124. I need lots of interior bits like front window motors/mechs and bits of trim, and while I'm at it I'm going to change door locks (one's been messed with) and ignition so it all operates from the same key. But are these bits all the same as earlier W124 models? I have found a scrap 1989 230 as a possible donor. Are windows / locks / interior trim broadly the same? Was the facelift just external?

They are very different in many ways including the whole dashboard.

thanks for the reply - www.w124.co.uk was very helpful & he's local to me. My car is actually E-class (late 93) not facelift model (early 93 and before) and from what people have said I'm concluding that the electric window mech/motors are the same as previous w124 models but the locks & interior are all different. In particular, the steering lock is a completely different unit, although the door locks perhaps only differ in that the outside handles are chrome. thanks again.
