Facelift Retro Fit

Hi,

I have a 2001 C220 CDI COUPE, I have come across a facelift set of clocks and climate control unit.

Does anyone know if I would just be able to swap these over?

my immediate reaction would be no. I believe they changed some fundamental electronics at that facelift, but Alfie is the oracle on this subject.

Hmmm.. They might work but I doubt it. At the very least you will need a whole new centre console trim to accomodate the Climate unit. The instrument cluster display is very different between pre and post facelift too.

There are two people in the world who I know have done a pre to post facelift of a W203, electronically. Its not a job for the feint hearted.
