Faint whistling noise coming from E300 coupe

Hello all! I have just had my Mercedes E300 Coupe 2018 petrol delivered to me today by Mercedes and I couldn't help but notice a faint whistling noise coming from the engine when stationary and when on the move. The car has 25k miles and always been serviced by Mercedes. I spoke to Mercedes and they said they have done all the checks on the car before delivering it to me. Has anyone else on here have the same issue? Is it something I should be worried about?

I have a twin turbo but only notice faint whistling under hard acceleration, unfortunately not many E300 owners on here which is why you may not have received a response..

Possible vacuum leak somewhere. Maybe brake booster line or manifold.

Take the car back, do not let this problem go unfixed . If your not happy now,, then it will be with you for life .

Thanks guys. I have booked it in with mercedes chelsea 11th of May. Do you suggest I take it back to the dealership I got it from? They are 200+ miles away from me.

If you take it to another Mercedes dealer, then you will need to tell them its a new car,, that you bpught from another dealership,, and not them .. .. But they should do it,, after all it is a Mercedes ,,. Explain the problem its a new car it sould be problem free.

Do tell the dealership you bought from and they should at least approve diagnostics at your local MB dealers (assuming you bought it from an MB dealer)

Any work would / should then be at an agreement between them.
